Headstone Manor Youth FC's biggest event of the year is almost here, and we can't wait to celebrate another fantastic season together.

On Friday 5th June, players, parents, coaches, volunteers and supporters will come together at the Club House, Pinner View, for our annual Presentation Evening.

This is always one of the highlights of the club calendar – an opportunity to recognise the hard work, commitment and achievements of our players throughout the season while celebrating everything that makes Headstone Manor Youth FC such a special club.

From our youngest players taking their first steps in football to our older age groups preparing for new challenges ahead, Presentation Evening is about much more than trophies and awards. It's about recognising effort, teamwork, development, friendships and the community spirit that runs throughout the club.

What to Expect

Throughout the evening, each age group will receive their presentations and awards, with coaches reflecting on the season and recognising individual and team achievements.

We will also come together for a special Whole Club Presentation, bringing every age group together to celebrate the club as one family.

Please Stay and Celebrate Together

We would encourage all families to stay for the full evening wherever possible.

Presentation Evening is much more than an individual team's awards ceremony. It is a celebration of our entire club and the incredible community that has been built over the years.

We kindly ask that families avoid arriving just before their team's presentation slot and leaving immediately afterwards. The atmosphere throughout the evening is always fantastic, and every player enjoys seeing and supporting teammates from across the club.

Most importantly, all players and families should attend the Whole Club Presentation at 8:00pm, where we come together as one club to celebrate another successful season.

Food, Drinks and Refreshments

No football celebration would be complete without great food and refreshments.

A range of food and drinks will be available to purchase throughout the evening, including:

Chicken Shawarma & Chips
Falafel Wraps & Chips (Vegetarian)
Chips
Desserts and Ice Cream
Bar serving a range of drinks

We're also hoping to welcome an ice cream van during the evening, adding an extra treat for players and families.

Rain or Shine, We'll Celebrate Together

The current forecast suggests we may see some rain during the evening, but don't worry – arrangements are in place and the event will go ahead as planned.

Headstone Manor Youth FC has always been about resilience, teamwork and community spirit, and a little British weather won't stop us celebrating another fantastic season together.

We look forward to seeing all our players, families, volunteers and supporters on Friday 5th June for what promises to be another memorable evening.
