Training and Matches

Most Headstone Manor teams train on Saturdays mornings although there are a few teams where this is an exception. Our training sessions are predominently at Headstone Manor Recreation ground but please clarify this with the team you are or intend to train with. For all training sessions players need to bring football kit, shin pads, football boots (for training on grass), astroboots or trainers (for training on astroturf), warm clothing for before and after the session and waterproofs when appropriate and a drink. Parents please ensure your child arrives on time and please collect them promptly at the end of the session if collection is required. Matches The teams play in the Harrow youth League, Harrow Soccer 7's League, Bucks Girls League and the Herts Girls league on Sundays. Our home matches are at Headstone Manor Recreation ground. The length of each match will vary dependant on agematches last 50 minutes. Players must arrive at matches with their full club kit together with shin pads, football boots, warm clothing and waterproofs when appropriate and a drink. Players need to be at the ground in plenty of time prior to kick off so that they have a chance to properly warm up.
